Another Splendor card.  I used a buckle technique and the "Over the Rainbow" Stamp set.

Hot! Hot! Hot!

Anything with Splendor makes me think of hot summer days!  Stamp set used "Hot Diggity" and "Thank You"  Embellised with Splendor Brads.

All products are CTMH.  Paper used Caprice.  Stampset is the new Pair a Phrase - the National Scrapbooking Stamp special.  Twill Ribbon.  The owl was stamped on paper after using the 2" Scallop Punch.
